Mazyr KGB interrogate independent observer Tseliapun

On 24 February KGB Mazyr officer Vasil Prykhodzka interrogated local pro-dem activist Uladzimir Tseliapun, who had maintained election observation during the 2010 presidential campaign.

The activist says he was forced to sign a written undertaking on the confidentiality
of the interrogation. Mr. Tseliapun also stresses that the KGB interrogator was
polite and therefore he has no claims against him.
